Rozenblat Realty By Anita Benabou (Rozenblat)
I'm just thinking, Rozenblat Realty sounds right. Yes, i have finally decided i'll be opening up my own Realty Group. Hopefully sometime in the New Year.
This is a very exciting time in my life. I've worked so hard this year without missing a beat. My clients remained #1 all along.
Need to meet up with my Graphic Artist.
I'll post my new logo as soon as I get one!
Wishing everyone a healthy & wonderful day.
Hugs,
Anita

An ordinary day in Real Estate
I understand while I was out of town there was a confusion regarding handling my file.
First of all, I would like to thank Anita for going to that extra mile for my family and glue back channels of communication where I left out.
Thank you very much Anita.
Bobby
Good day Anita,
Just saw the
CERTIFIED REAL ESTATE BROKER
Congratulations!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Allow me to offer my congratulations on the truly admirable skill you have shown in keeping clear all my transactions (sell & Buy),
Good JOB....!!
See you at the signing's!
To anyone considering a Real estate Agent
We were very happy to have Anita work with us to sell our home. Throughout the entire process Anita was professional, conscientious, and motivated. We always felt as though we were her only client.
Anita scheduled all meetings and interactions at our convenience after work and on weekends. She provided us with outstanding advice about how to prepare our home for sale. She promptly returned all phone calls and had advertising in place as soon as possible. She worked hard, illustrated a great understanding of contract details, negotiation etiquette and documentation. Our home was under contract in 10 days after listing that made to draw up the conditional offer to our dream house which she was also the agent. Having her work with us made a nerve-wracking negotiation a wonderful success!
